Cottages
In addition to our Bed & Breakfast Inn, we are now offering comfortable and newly renovated one- and two-bedroom cottages on Paugus Bay at Weirs Beach. Our Four cottages are available and can accommodate four to seven people depending on the unit. Each cottage has kitchen facilities, air conditioning, gas grill, picnic table, cable TV, a gas fireplace, and Free wireless internet access. They are all a few steps away from a private beach and in-ground swimming pool, and only minutes away from the many activities available in the Lakes Region.
Daily, weekly and partial week rentals are available. Please call or email us to check availability and rates for the dates you wish to stay. A 10% discount is available on multiple day rentals during May, September and October, except for Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and NASCAR weekend.
The cottages open in early May and close in late October. Please check with us for the date.
Please note that cottage rentals do not include breakfast, or daily turn-down service. Additional or a change of towels or linens available for a $25 charge.
There is a two night minimum on June, July, August weekends. Single nights may be available seven days before date. Call for availability.

Unit 9 This cozy cottage sleeps four and is located the closest to the private beach. Includes a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a trundle in the living room that opens into two single beds. Amenities include kitchen facilities, gas grill out on the deck, picnic table, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Rates are $135 daily, $810 weekly (Peak Periods: $200 daily, $1,200 weekly June 9-16;

Unit 15 This private cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate five guests. Queen size bed in one bedroom, twin beds in the other bedroom, and a single pullout couch in the living room. Amenities include kitchen facilities, gas grill , picnic table, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Rates are $160 daily and $960 weekly. |

Unit 1 This two bedroom cottage is the closest to the in-ground pool. Queen size bed in one bedroom, and bunk beds in the other. There is a pullout queen in the living room. This beautifully appointed cottage has kitchen facilities, gas grill out on the deck, picnic table, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Unit 11 This newly built two bedroom cottage is the largest cottage and can sleep seven. Queen size bed in one bedroom, 2 double beds in the the other bedroom with a single bunk bed atop one of them. It has kitchen facilities, gas grill on the deck, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Rates are $175 daily, $1,050 weekly (Peak Periods: $275 daily, $1,650 weekly, June 9-16;
