General Policies
Prices at the inn are per night for single or double occupancy,
and do not include the 8% New Hampshire lodging tax.
There is a $20 charge for a third person 10 or older in a room
at the inn.
Special group rates are available for booking all five rooms
at the inn, except during peak periods. Weekly rates also are
available for cottages.
Off-season rates apply mid-October to early June. Summer rates
apply June 1 to mid-October. Peak periods rates apply during
Motorcycle Week and the two NASCAR weekends.
A two- and/or three-night minimum is required during peak periods.
Full payment is required in advance for peak periods. There
also is a two-night minimum for the June and August triathlon
weekends.
We accept cash/check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
Discovery cards, and Travelers’ checks.
Check in time is after 3 p.m. Please let us know if you will
be later than 9 p.m. so we can make arrangements for late arrival.
Check out time is 11 a.m.
There is no smoking in the inn or in the cottages.
Pets are not permitted at the inn or in the cottages.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Children 10 and older are welcome. Please check for exceptions.
We have limited extra parking. Please call ahead to make arrangements
for anything besides your car or motorcycle.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice must be received by telephone at least
14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival
date are subject to the following conditions as applicable:
Cancellations on non-peak period stays made less than
the 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a
$20 handling fee charged to your credit card.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of your stay
are subject to the loss of the full cost of your stay unless
we can rebook the room.
Cancellations for peak periods made less than 14 days
prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to loss of the full
cost of your stay unless we can rebook the room.
